In the latest piece of great news for accessibility, Easyjet have confirmed their new Tangier-Madrid route.
Currently, flights on this route are being advertised at around £20.
Meanwhile, the new road connection from Tetouan to Tangier is progressing rapidly. We expect that the next stretch will be open in time for the King's visit this summer. Journey time to Tangier could be as little as 30 minutes.

Groundwork on the Cabo Dream site has been progressing well over the last few weeks. In recent days, heavy machinery has arrived on-site.
Wooden frames have been put in place, marking out the block layout and in preparation for foundations being laid.
We expect this site to progress very quickly.
Pre-release units at Cabo Dream have now sold out - the development has been officially released to the public.

This month Playa Vista welcomes a new contractor to the site, EMACONTRA, who will be speeding up the progress of ground preparations by providing additional heavy machinery.
Access roads and terracing have now progressed further up the site, with work taking place on the main entrance area.
Meanwhile, the showhouse is entering the final stages of construction - this week the marble floors will be laid, with the overall interior finish expected shortly.
As you will note from the images, the exterior now has an undercoat of paint applied.
Shortly we expect to landscape the area around the showhouse and begin planting flowers and gardens to reflect the final style and ambience of the site.

The huge construction works on Tangier's Mediterreanean deep-water port continue in earnest, with rapid progress on both the port itself and the surrounding rail and road infrastructure.
Although not running at capacity, ships are docking at the new port already - fabulous news for the continued growth of this region.
