Aaaah - summer in Morocco - in the eyes of many, it's a great time to visit. The sun shines brighter than ever, the towns are full of happy holidaymakers and the king is in town.

This, of course means that everything looks great - buildings are whitewashed, flower beds replanted with blooming flowers and the beaches are immaculate.

It also means that as in most Mediterranean "hotspots", the pace of life slows down somewhat - for this reason we have compacted our July/August newsletters into this single edition.

Friday 24th August saw the grand opening ceremony of Compass Properties' latest office, located in Marina Smir. As part of our expanding operation we have purchased these premises to better serve our sales operation in addition to offering easily accessible face-to-face support for our existing clients and agents.

The inauguration ceremony was a great success, not just for our growing team of colleagues, but also for many of the public who used the opportunity to pick our brains about the latest property developments in the area. We hope to greet you here in the near future too. As a continuation of our company expansion, we will shortly be centralising our administration, marketing and finance departments in brand new 2 storey offices covering 6,000m² near Tetouan.

To kickstart the new season, we will be exhibiting our latest selection of properties in Birmingham from 28th - 30th September at the NEC.

CONSTRUCTION:
Major progress has been made with terracing work at Playa Vista - there is now an access road for machinery from the bottom of the site which has allowed the pace of groundworks to be increased dramatically.

AVAIILABILITY:
In the coming days we hope to release the front two rows of Phase 3 "Marina Vista", due to the rapid sales and limited availability of the earlier phases. These will be priced from around £74,000. More details to follow in the next newsletter.
