Playa Vista purchasers expressed their delight following this month's announcement of huge advances in the region's road network. The approved expansion consitutes the third phase of the huge Mediterranean Motorway project, effectively connecting the entire North coast of Morocco.

Of specific interest to purchasers at Playa Vista is the news that the Oued Laou - Tetouan stretch (the 46km coast road) has been granted a budget of £5million with work expected to start as soon as April 08. Investment in this road expansion has been provided by a consortium of Japanese banks who, we believe, fully understand the huge potential of the area.
