Last month we released the Cabo Dream Golf development - a limited first release of 24 apartments which were all reserved within a matter of days. Luxury Show Apartment
Since our last update, foundations have been laid for the Playa Vista show apartment. At the time of writing, the internal structure is also being completed.
The apartment will be actual size and is modelled around a ground floor "End" unit. We are hoping to include a dip pool and rooftop terrace, similar to the penthouse units.
Even at this stage, the views from the property are incredible - we aim to complete this unit as soon as possible, including high quality furniture.
Whilst it's still impossible to give you an exact completion date, we are aiming for the end of 2007 for this unit - next month we should have a clearer finish date scheduled. |

Site Work
Meanwhile work on the site continues at a healthy rate - we have completed the under-site land drainage system, using perforated ducting with a gravel wrap, set in the original base of the valley, this has now been covered with around 20 metres of earth, creating a large flat area roughly the size of a football pitch. Consequently, the "gulley" is now being raised to meet the final road levels. In fact we have now reached the final level on roads 1, 2 and 3. |

Marina The first under-sea supporting rock for the marina has also been put in place. It is now possible from many points of the site to make out the final development layout - all in all a very exciting stage for us - and we hope it is for you too!! |
