This weekend saw the arrival of machinery at Cabo Dream for the first time. The access road to the top of the site has now been cleared and smoothed, ensuring all types of vehicles can now get onto the site, particularly the upper part where the views are splendid.

With units now selling at record speed, the developers at Playa Vista have announced a price increase. Since Phases 1 & 2 have now fully sold out, the remaining units on Phase 3 will increase by 5% on January 1st 2008.
In order to purchase at the current price, interested parties must reserve, view and fund their 40% deposit before 1st January 2008. 
Clients who have reserved units and not yet funded are kindly reminded to do so before this deadline in order to maintain their current price.

Work is progressing rapidly on the show apartment at Playa Vista. At the time of writing, the walls have been completed (and are now being rendered) as has the roof and the electrics.
