Earn £1000's by Referring Your Friends
Referral Reward

Since a large portion of our new clients come from referrals, June sees the launch of our refer-a-friend reward scheme.

New clients that find us based on your recommendations are often the best clients because they trust your personal endorsement. We know that if our service wasn't good, you would not recommend your friends to us, for that reason we are always looking to improve the level of service we provide.

When you do recommend a friend to Compass, we would like to share the benefit with you, as a "thank you". As of today, we will be offering a referral reward of £1,000 for every client you send us.

Even if you have not yet purchased with Compass, you are entitled to this referral reward.

You can start referring your friends and family now, the process is very simple. Follow this link, enter your details and your friend's details, then you're done! After that we will contact your friend and let them know about our services. Should they decide to buy, we will send you your £1000 reward.

Playa Vista Builder Meets Deadline

We are delighted to report that heavy terracing did indeed resume at Playa Vista in time for the 4th June deadline.

The pictures you see here were taken the next day, by which time the machinery had already made substantial progress. At the time of writing, over 1/2 million cubic feet of earth have been moved, in the process creating several new terrace levels and a viewing platform for visitors.

Thanks to the brief pause in terracing last month, we are now absolutely reassured about the safety and structural integrity of the site.

Costa Vista Prepares to Receive Morocco's Most Important Tourist
King of Morocco

The tourist season has begun in earnest, with new shops, bars, restaurants and hotels all open. Trade is thriving and the whole area is being re-vamped to welcome the influx of visitors. Roads are being re-surfaced, flowers planted and fresh coats of paint applied to most buildings.

1st July sees the arrival of King Mohammed VI to his palace in M'Diq, just 5 minutes away from our head office and the Colina Smir development.

The king will spend 3 weeks in the area for his annual summer holiday, during which time most royal protocols will be dropped and he will be enjoying recreational activities such as jet-skiing (his personal favourite pastime, we're told).

The king will also be using this opportunity to meet local people and assess the progress made in the region - we're sure he won't be disappointed.

It is important not to underestimate the value of purchasing property in this region. The king's annual presence ensures that the best possible attention is given to the area, boosting the worth of property and the popularity of the location.

King Mohammed VI is young, progressive, good to his people and understands the importance of foreign investment or tourism. The stability of Morocco as an investment destination is cemented by the king's views and policies. Let's hope he finds time to enjoy his holiday on the Costa Vista!

If you have already purchased through a sending agency, and wish to enquire about additional purchases, please be advised that by default it would be our policy to pass your enquiry to the original sending agency
