Energetic in its portrayal of property hotspots from James Bond movies - it reminds us that Northern Morocco does indeed qualify, due to the scenes filmed for The Living Daylights. April sees rapid progress with the concrete blindings throughout the lower area of Phase 1. Retaining walls are now being added - 6 metres tall in some places.
The concrete production plant is now fully operational at the top of the site.
Steel cutters work hard to ensure that a continual supply of raw materials are available.
Construction hours have been extended with the installation of floodlights on the site - this enables workers to continue until 10pm in some cases.

Meanwhile, the show home approaches completion - interior finishing work is nearly complete. The kitchen installation is expected shortly. Tiling work has started on the exterior terraces with the roof terrace to follow.
A section of land around the show home has been pegged out for the landscapers who are expected to seed a garden area within the next few weeks.
